All servicing is carried out in-house by our experienced transmission technicians. All gearboxes/LSD units are comprehensively tested before being dispatched. Consultation is given prior to re-assembly to identify service requirements. All components are comprehensively tested and ultra sonically cleaned.

Please make sure that the gearbox is filled with correct amount of oil, as this is vital to performance of gearbox. Also the gearbox must have an adequate breathing system to ensure internal air pressure is controlled.
Manufacturers oil capacities
Rocket box (Type B) - 1.46 litres (2.26 pints) A further 0.8 litres of additional lubrication is recommend on top of manufacturers capacities, for our straight cut close ratio gears.
Please note: If the gearbox is over filled, the oil will not find the right level it will remove the overfill and more!!!
